iExchange is celebrating its 10th birthday this year and we're so excited to celebrate this huge milestone with you! No longer the 'new kid on the block,' iExchange has grown exponentially over the decade to become the most innovative timeshare exchange company in Southern Africa and it's thanks to your support that we've made it to the top. We'll be celebrating in iExchange style - so watch this space!

Have any of the staff at your resort gone the extra mile during the course of their duties? Make sure you acknowledge their awesomeness by nominating them for the iExchange Individual Recognition Programme. Any of your staff can nominate whoever they think is deserving of a recognition for a job well done!

We know how proud you are of your resort and iExchange gives your property a chance to show why you outshine the rest! We have therefore introduced 2 Resort Awards for you to be able to showcase your achievements. The first one will be a Resort Rating Award which will be in the form of a plaque handed to you by our Business Development team when they next visit the resort. This will indicate the diamond rating awarded to your resort, based on various criteria including quality, facilities, size and location.
Then a new Hospitality Rating Award will be introduced this year based purely on guest feedback. This will be based on guest reviews completed over the next 12 months, and the Rating Award plaques will then be awarded early next year.
