To refresh your memory, our awesome iExchange Awards Programme was launched in 2019 as a way to acknowledge all the hard work you and your resort staff do to promote iExchange. These awards are as follows:

Time does fly while we're having fun because if you can believe it, we will be announcing the 2020/2021 winners in just a few weeks! The iExchange Awards Programme cycle is from July to end of June the following year to coincide with iExchange's birthday.
Are you or your resort in the running to grab the top prizes? Get those iExchange bankings and referrals going, make sure your resorts are performing both in terms of maintenance and guest experience, and nominate the peers who are true service champs!
Running a resort is a tough yet rewarding job! The Resort Diamond Rating Award serves to grade each resort from 1 - 5 diamonds, depending on standards, set criteria and whether your guests have the best experience while on holiday at your resorts!

Your Business Development consultant either has or will be popping in to visit soon, to touch base and rate your resorts for the year 2020/2021.

The wait is finally over! These hospitality awards are given to resorts based on the review of customer feedback alongside our own collected data. Resorts are rated among 3 separate levels and each resort gets a badge to display on their resort's rating (diamond grading) plaque. Please click here for more information.
