WHAT IS THE HOSPITALITY AWARDS? 

These hospitality awards are given to resorts based on the review of customer feedback. This includes guest experience, customer feedback, visitor reviews and comments.


CRITERIA

These hospitality awards are given to resorts based on our on-site assessment and customer feedback.

  • Obtain an overall PI Index Score of at least 75% or greater for the year
  • Obtain an overall score of at least 3.5 or greater on TripAdvisor for the year
  • Annual on-site assessment by iExchange Business Development


AWARDS:

Resorts are rated among 3 separate levels:


SOCIALISER

These resorts are the staples of the industry. Setting high standards and maintaining them.  

Achieve at least a 75% PI score, and/ or TripAdvisor score of at least 3.5, qualified by a resort and unit inspection.

INFLUENCER

These resorts are leaders of innovation in providing that wow factor in your overall holiday experience. They are known for going above and beyond in order to achieve excellence.
Achieve at least an 80% PI score, and/ or a TripAdvisor score of at least 4, qualified by a resort and unit inspection.



TOP LEVEL: GAME CHANGER

These resorts are a cut above. From facilities to staff, all facets exceed expectations, resulting in positive guest reviews and glowing testimonies.
Achieve at least an 85% PI score, and/ or a TripAdvisor score of at least 4.5, qualified by a resort and unit inspection.



 

PRIZES:

  • Each resort gets a badge to display on their resorts rating (diamond grading) plaque.
