How does the free Post Stay Survey work?
- First, you have to be an iExchange partner resort.
- Your iExchange Business Development Consultant will provide you with a web URL which you may distribute to your check-out guests via any of your standard platforms (Email, SMS, etc).
- The iExchange system will also automatically generate an email to all their guests, as well as any other partner scheme using Vacation Compass.
- The survey is simple, and takes just a minute or two for the guest to complete. Please click here to view the standard template.
- Your iExchange Business Development Consultant will regularly email you the survey results for your management review.
