This year has raced by, leaving us in awe of its speed. Yet, there's a realization
that much remains on our to-do list. As we approach year-end, the urgency
to accomplish our goals, and completing pending tasks, adds a sense of
determination and purpose to our days. So hang in there! We can do it ...
Just a reminder, if you manage any properties or are a property manager, please
continue to share your news with your Business Development manager so that we
may ensure that both iExchange systems are updated, as well as to communicate
such to the broader industry.
Boulder Bay: The resort has notified us of upcoming exterior painting
and maintenance on the building. Scaffolding will be erected, potentially obstructing
guests' patios, and it's anticipated that there will be significant noise levels
during this period. The completion date has not been confirmed as yet.
Management do apologise for any inconvenience.
Cayley Lodge: Here's some thrilling news from the resort! The pool at The View
is now open and ready for guests to relish its tranquil view. This is an ideal
spot for sunbathers to enjoy their holiday.
The resort has also informed us that the steam room is temporarily unavailable
due to maintenance and repairs. Regrettably, they are unable to provide an
estimated timeframe for when it will be back in service.

Body Bliss
Management is excited to announce that, as of 01/11/2023, the Body Bliss Day
Spas will be transitioning to a cashless payment system. The guests' convenience
and safety are their top priority, and this change will help streamline the
guest experience with them.

A visit to Cayley Lodge guarantees endless entertainment with an array of
activities to choose from. Whether you're into fishing or looking to have a blast
