In September, we come together to honour our Heritage and embrace our
unique diversities. We, at iExchange, hope that you have enjoyed Heritage Day
with your friends and family. We are eager to share with you exciting new
updates, images, and transformation news at the timeshare properties:
Remember, if you manage any properties or are a property manager, please
continue to share your news with your Business Development manager so that we
may ensure that both iExchange systems are updated, as well as to communicate
such to the broader industry.
Dolphin View Villas (formally Perna Perna 4): Please take note of the rename of
Perna Perna 4 to Dolphin View Villas. The extensive refurbishment is currently on the
go and is due for completion by the end of March 2024. Guests will share
Dolphin View Cabanas' reception and facilities.
Sondela Nature Reserve: This resort announced that one exciting feature that came
out of their latest refurbishment of their shareblock units, is the installation of back-up
power systems, in the form of Inverters, in all their units. Now, loadshedding will not
be a problem.
Royal Atlantic: This resort is happy to advise that construction has started on a
Max Glo-Putt in the area where the Putt 'n Play used to be before the major refurb in
2022. It's a 9-hole course, and it will be a first of its kind at one of the Beekman Group
properties. Guests will be able to enjoy a colourful, fun filled game of putt-putt that can
be also enjoyed by night. Construction will not be noisy, and the completion date will
be 08/12/2023.

Banana Beach on the South Coast and Shaka Shores situated in Durban unfortunately
will be permanently closed with effect from 26/01/2024.
