Resort Update August 2023

Greeting from iExchange!

Winter is starting to fade and the blossoms of Spring cannot wait to show their beauty.  Dive into 

this newsletter for vibrant industry updates, images and refurbishments at the timeshare 

properties:

Remember, if you manage any properties or are a property manager, please continue to share 

your news with your Business Development manager so that we may ensure that both 

iExchange systems are updated, as well as to communicate such to the broader industry.

Dikhololo:  The teams are hard at work at this resort, and converting another 4 blocks of 

4 studio units each, into 2 x 2 bedroom unit that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children 

each.  The changes to the unit numbers are as follows:

• U31 to U34, will become U31A & U32A
• Z41 to Z44, will become Z41A & Z42A
• L25 to L28, will become L25A & L26A
• L31 to L34, will become L31A & L32A

Attached is a list of all the unit numbers, unit types, layout and refurb dates per each complex.

Sandpiper Dunes:  The second bathroom in unit # 4 will be made more spacious by the 

removal of the existing bath.  Kindly note that this unit will no longer have a bath available 

after the refurb which will be completed by 08/09/2023.

Boulder Bay:  Please take note that there will be exterior painting and maintenance taking 

place to the building.  Scaffolding will be put up, which might cause obstruction to guest patios 

as well high noise levels can be expected.  The resort apologises for any inconvenience.

Sunshine Bay Beach & Umhlanga Cabanas:  The swimming pools at both these resorts 

have been repaired and are now open for use.  Just in time for Spring.

Falcon Glen

It's been confirmed that the hiking trails, that was damaged during the flooding earlier this 

year, have been repaired and is ready for use again.

This also services as a notice that the resort name for Perna Perna 4 has been amended and 

will now be known as Dolphin View Villas.  Please can you update your records accordingly.
