INDUSTRY BREW – RESORT UPDATES
 JANUARY 2023

Dear Industry Partners,

 Happy New Year to all!!

May 2023 bring you happiness, peace and prosperity.

We would like to kick off the year by updating you on new developments, images and refurbishments at the timeshare properties.

 Just to remind you, if you manage any properties, please continue to share your own news with your Business Development manager so that we may ensure that both iExchange systems are updated, as well as to communicate to the broader industry.
   

Hazyview Cabanas: A full refurbishment between 28 April to 8 December 2023, is planned for the units situated in the Leopard Complex.  This will be done in phases.

Placid Waters: April to November 2023 have been set aside for a full refurbishment plan for this resort.  This will also be done in phases.

Royal Wharf: Selected units (#1, 2, 9, 10, 11 & 12) have been identified to be refurbished later this year, which will happen between August and November 2023. 

The resorts and contractors will try and keep the noise levels to a minimum where possible.

• Waterberg Game Park
• This beautiful resort is now home to over 10 rare antelope species, including buffalo, and 420 bird species.  The Rare Game Experience will add an unusual touch to regular Game Drives that promises guests once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
• Cayley Lodge

They have upped their game and installed a stunning pool with breath-taking views of the surrounding area, while lounging around and have access to a convenient kiosk for light snacks and drinks.  

Also take note that the Rope Park is closed until further notice.
