Between the start of Spring, and the approaching holiday season, there is so much to be excited about in the
hospitality, resort and timeshare industries right now. The conclusion of the calendar year is always an
important time to get our ducks in a row and pull up our socks ahead of the rush period and set ourselves in
good stead for the next year.
So to get your tails up for a prosperous end to the year, we'd like to share some of what's been going
on at iExchange, as well as renew a couple of touchpoints from the past, to keep you up to date with
each other as best we can.
Every year we renew our commitment to service excellence by rewarding the standout individuals who
uplift and maintain iExchange's stellar industry reputation.
The annual iExchange Awards recognise individuals who are passionate about what they do, who always
put the customer first and promote iExchange to the industry. What we do is combine survey responses
from peers and colleagues, customer nominations on our customer review form, and feedback from
our Business Development team to select and reward the highest performers in our organisation in the
So far in 2022, we've been experiencing an unprecedented response to our call for nominations, so we've
decided to keep the window open a little bit longer to encourage those who are yet to nominate their service star
to go online and push them further towards this amazing recognition!
You have until the end of September 2022 to make sure your nomination is counted before our
Business Development team tallies the votes and decides on this year’s winners, so there’s no time to wait!
When completing your nomination, you will be given the option to choose which category is suitable to
the nominee you wish to nominate, i.e. 'Service Excellence' or 'Brand Ambassador'. Out of the nominees in
these two categories, we select the standout top 50 for the awards, and then shortlist the most esteemed
three as our ultimate iExchange Ambassadors to be awarded a well-deserved, magnificent vacation courtesy
on guest experience.

We want to make sure that we always profile your resort as accurately as possible through iExchange.
The more up-to-date we can keep your profile, the more seamless the experience is for your guests,
and the potential new visitors staying at your resort for the first time.
For this reason, we'd like to encourage you to make a point of keeping us updated with all relevant
news and updates coming from your resort.
From the latest images, information on new attractions, upgrades to services, facilities, or amenities,
we want to know so that we can keep our communications, call centres and websites current and servicing
your guests appropriately.
Over and above that, it's important to remember that through updating iExchange, your new upgrades,
attractions and facilities can reach a maximum audience all at once, since all changes made to resort
profiles on iExchange automatically filter to the several exchange partner websites that are powered
In this modern world of online connectivity, mobile devices and electronic transfers, it’s a rarity to get to
know the real people behind most of our favourite products and services. It’s easy to forget that behind every
cog in every wheel in the giant machine that is our industry, there are people.
We'd like to take a moment in every quarterly communication to speak about those people in an iExchange
